Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to speak, read and write English at grade 5 level.
• Minimum 24 months operations experience.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Strong background in successful project quality control.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience interacting with clients in a professional capacity.
• Ability to work 100% independently.
• Able to pass a background check, drug screening and DMV check.

Responsibilities

• Supervises crews of technicians within a technical or construction work environment.
• Oversees timely and safe transportation of crew, materials, and equipment to and from job sites.
• Acts as liaison between operations personnel, sales representatives and customer personnel at job sites.
• Directs, leads, motivates and disciplines technicians as required.
• Assists in performance reviews for technicians and senior technicians.
• Completes required paperwork in a timely manner.
• Ensures materials and equipment are used safely and accounted for.
• Trains technicians as required.
• Performs other duties as required.
