Job summary

Promera is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee crews of up to 15 at job sites in New York - Elmsford, NY. You will act as liaison between operations, sales and customer personnel, ensuring Promera-approved methods and safety standards are followed.

Responsibilities include directing, motivating and coaching technicians, coordinating transport of crew and materials, and keeping rigorous paperwork and reporting up to date. Valid OSHA 30 and strong customer-facing skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to speak, read and write English at grade 5 level.
• Minimum 6 month’s operations experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Physically vacuums, cleans and chemically treats physical surfaces within a technical or construction work environment.
• Supervises crews of technicians within a technical or construction work environment.
• Responsible for timely and safe transportation of crew, materials and equipment to and from job sites.
• Perform as liaison between operations personnel, sales representative and customer personnel at job sites.
• Controls and resolves job related problems as they occur.
• Directs, leads, motivates and disciplines technicians as required and in accordance with Promera policies.
• Assists in the performance review process for technicians and senior technicians.
• Completes all required paperwork in a timely manner.
• Insures all materials and equipment are utilized properly, safely and are accounted for.
• Assists technicians in the efficient completion of work assignments.
• Trains technicians as required.
• Assists Branch Operations Managers as required.
• Perform other duties as required.
