Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Boston is seeking a Leadership Role for Engineering Operations to support creating, implementing, maintaining, and monitoring Engineering programs on the property.

The overall responsibility is to provide a high level of property maintenance with emphasis on safety, security, asset protection, and to plan, organize, direct and control work of the Engineering Team Members, contractors and vendors to deliver an exceptional Guest Experience.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule, able to work days, evenings, rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Engineering Team and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
• Provide technical services, building maintenance systems, and overall administration of operations to deliver an exceptional Guest Experience.
