Four Seasons Hotel Boston is seeking a Leadership Role for Engineering Operations to support creating, implementing, maintaining, and monitoring Engineering programs on the property.
The overall responsibility is to provide a high level of property maintenance with emphasis on safety, security, asset protection, and to plan, organize, direct and control work of the Engineering Team Members, contractors and vendors to deliver an exceptional Guest Experience.

This position is a Leadership Role for Engineering Operations to support creating, implementing, maintaining, and monitoring Engineering programs.
The overall responsibility of our Engineering leaders is to provide a high level of property maintenance, including maintaining the building, grounds and physical plant with particular attention to safety, security and asset protection, and to plan, organize, direct and control the work of the Engineering Team Members, contractors and vendors. Activities include providing the technical services, building maintenance systems, and overall administration of operations to deliver an exceptional Guest Experience at the highest standard of quality.
Rate: $159,750 to $196,636.
