Assistant Director of Engineering

The Assistant Director of Engineering will assist the Director of Engineering in all aspects of hotel and building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC refrigeration, interior, paint, and decorating. They will respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.

Salary Range: $108,575 to $111,250

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• High school education or equivalent experience
• Two to five years of related employment experience
• Current license as an Operating Engineer
• Knowledge of operating computer equipment
• Knowledge of blueprints, wiring diagrams and hydraulics
• Good written and spoken English skills and computer proficiency with MS Excel and Word
• Flexible schedule with availability to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays
