Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a BOSS Fulfillment Outfitter in Spring, TX to support the Buy Online Ship from Store program. You will fill orders, sort, pack, and prepare items for shipment while maintaining quality and presentation.

Responsibilities include picking and packing, labeling, moving stock, assisting customers on the sales floor, and completing mandatory trainings to ensure safety and accuracy in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 0–2 years of retail or fulfillment experience.
• Ability to follow through on order processing and meet deadlines.
• Ability to read UPC codes and stock merchandise accurately.
• Willingness to learn and participate in mandatory trainings.

Responsibilities

• Fill BOSS orders by locating, packing, and labeling merchandise.
• Sort and pack items for shipment to customers or stores.
• Move merchandise between warehouse areas using equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
• Assist customers on the sales floor during open hours.
• Attend all mandatory trainings.
• All other duties as assigned.
