Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering required with one year of related experience; or
• M.S. in Civil Engineering preferred; strong technical writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform traffic operations and safety analyses and collect transportation data.
• Conduct field investigations and assess conditions at intersections and pedestrian facilities.
• Review schematic geometric designs and transportation planning studies; prepare technical memoranda and reports.
• Coordinate with DOT units, consultants, developers, and agency representatives.
• Manage assigned projects and technical reviews, ensuring timely delivery of quality work.
