Job summary

Books A Million is seeking a Social Coordinator for its Bookseller role. The position adds social duties on top of core Bookseller responsibilities, including posting content on brand channels and managing a content calendar while delivering top-tier customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with the highest level of service and assist with questions and orders
• Promote POS initiatives and store programs to drive sales
• Balance cash drawer and adhere to loss prevention guidelines
• Maintain store appearance and perform housekeeping tasks as needed
• Develop and manage social content, respond to comments during business hours
• Rotate content across pillars and follow approved templates and branding
