Qualifications

• Applicants must be 16 years or older and pass required background screenings.
• Comfortable creating and posting photo and short-form video content.
• Basic short-form video skills; no professional production experience required.
• Clear, professional written communication skills.
• Genuine familiarity with and enthusiasm for the store's product and community.
• Ability to plan using a content calendar and maintain cadence within existing work hours.

Responsibilities

• Post content consistently within established timelines across platforms.
• Maintain store social profiles with accurate hours, location, and contact info.
• Respond to customer reviews on a consistent cadence.
• Create and select content using approved templates, logos, and brand colors.
• Rotate content across pillars: new arrivals, staff picks, events, and promotions.
• Elevate safety or HR-sensitive inquiries to management when needed.
