Responsabilités

• Store Leadership & Results: lead the team and drive customer experience and sales.
• Set the pace for the store by leading your team and running the operation in line with company policies, procedures, and guidelines, bringing people together, creating an exceptional customer experience, and driving strong business results through the decisions you make every day.
• Grow as a leader with every shift you lead. As Manager On Duty, support the General Manager and help shape the store's performance.
