Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in accounts payable invoice processing.
• 1 year of basic payroll processing through ADP.
• Experience working in manufacturing, e-commerce, or distribution.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and perform three-way matching.
• Assist with payroll processing and maintain payroll records.
• Prepare journal entries and general ledger reconciliations.
• Support month-end close activities.
