Job summary

Talentify in Vancouver, WA seeks a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support accounts payable, payroll, and general accounting functions. You will manage three-way matching, payroll processing support, account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close activities in a growing manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of AP processing experience, 1 year of payroll (ADP), and familiarity with manufacturing or distribution industries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts payable invoice processing.
• 1 year of payroll processing through ADP.
• Experience in manufacturing, e-commerce, or distribution industry.
• Experience with three-way matching, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Knowledge of month-end close, accruals, and prepaid schedules.
• Inventory and cost accounting experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and perform three-way matching (POs, receipts, and invoices).
• Assist with payroll processing and maintain payroll records.
• Prepare journal entries and general ledger reconciliations.
• Support month-end close, including accruals and prepaid expense tracking.
• Monitor inventory transactions and assist with cost tracking and analysis.
• Research and resolve discrepancies related to AP, payroll, and GL accounts.
• Assist with financial reporting, audits, and process improvements.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
