Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with related course work in business, finance, or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger processes.
• Experience with payroll, AP/AR, and journal entries preferred.
• Proven accuracy in data entry and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Collect and audit payroll time sheets for data input.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll reports and W-2s.
• Reconcile payroll-related general ledger accounts and maintain records.
• Process accounts payable related to payroll and prepare journal entries.
