Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Billing Specialist/Invoice Specialist for a contract role based out of Kent, WA. The position is onsite, 40 hours per week, 5 days a week, with a start window between 7:30 am and 4 pm, for an initial 1 month term.

The pay range is $25.00–$26.00/hr with eligibility requirements for benefits; accommodations are available upon request. This role involves collaborating with a Staff Accountant and handling invoicing, payables, and related financial tasks onsite in Kent.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with Acumatica and knowledge of purchase orders.
• Finance and invoice reconciliation experience preferred.
• Strong data entry and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process payables and support purchasing controls.
• Match and upload invoices to shared services.
• Code invoices accurately.
• Monitor AP phone calls.
• Manage statements.
• Perform other administrative duties as needed.
