Winfield Property Management is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records, handle accounts payable and receivable, and reconcile accounts. The role supports the organization’s financial health and operational efficiency in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar accounting role (5+ years).
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and double-entry bookkeeping.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and 10-key typing.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily bookkeeping including journal entries and ledgers.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Conduct bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports such as balance sheet and income statement.
• Maintain general ledger integrity per GAAP.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and internal audits as needed.
• Process monthly property mortgages and payments.
