Responsibilities

• Record, classify, and reconcile financial transactions using QuickBooks Online, Xero, Sage or Quicken.
• Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger accounting to ensure data accuracy.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable with detailed records.
• Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and analyses per GAAP.
• Support payroll processing and tax compliance; assist with budgeting and reporting.
