You will use Appfolio or similar software, prepare financial reports, assist with budgeting, and collaborate with vendors, residents, and teams to keep the organization financially healthy.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily bookkeeping including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processing and scheduling.
• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare detailed financial statements and reports (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
• Maintain general ledger integrity in line with GAAP and standards.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and internal audits as needed.
