Professor Gatsby's Heating & Cooling in West Berlin, NJ is hiring a Bookkeeper for our HVAC & Plumbing office team. Full-time or part-time, you will handle data entry and maintain accurate ledgers to support daily operations.

Responsibilities include AR/AP processing, reconciliations, and inventory control. Prior QuickBooks and Service Titan CRM experience is preferred; Microsoft Office skills are expected. Benefits include health insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required.
• At least 2+ years of bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with QuickBooks and Service Titan CRM preferred.
• Strong data entry, math and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Post cash receipts and perform reconciliations.
• Maintain and develop Inventory Control tracking and receipts procedures.
• Ensure accuracy by double-checking each entry and reporting correctly.
