Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in accounting or business administration preferred.
3+ years of bookkeeping experience, with manufacturing experience preferred.
Proficient in QuickBooks or similar accounting software, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Experience with inventory management and cost accounting in a manufacturing context.

Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts monthly.
Process payroll for all manufacturing employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Track inventory movements and reconcile physical counts with system records.
Process journal entries and maintain the general ledger.

Salary Range: $52,000 - $74,000 depending on experience
