The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Support inventory valuation and reconcile physical inventory to the general ledger.
Identify cost reduction opportunities and track their implementation.
Assist in the development of new product costing and pricing.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
CMA (Certified Management Accountant) certification is a plus.
