Job summary

MyCloudBook is seeking a diligent bookkeeper in the United States to manage daily transactions, bank reconciliations, and opening balances for new clients.

You will work with the support team to answer customer questions, prepare for month-end close, and ensure accurate, well-documented entries while learning the MyCloudBook platform.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience with double-entry accounting.
• Experience with bank reconciliation and with the daily bookkeeping of a small business.
• Experience with the QuickBooks, Xero, Odoo or Oracle NetSuite.
• Experience with the MyCloudBook platform. A free trial account is enough to learn it before you apply.
• Accuracy, discipline and the habit of documenting every entry.
• Good written English.
