MyCloudBook is hiring for an Accounts Receivable specialist to manage invoicing, reminders, and customer credits. You will monitor ageing, follow up on overdue payments, and reconcile payments from Stripe with the sales ledger.

You will also advise customers on invoicing workflows and payment terms. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in AR or credit control, experience with major accounting platforms, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts receivable or credit control experience.
• Knowledge of sales ledger accounting and basic revenue recognition.
• Experience with accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, Odoo or Oracle NetSuite.
• Experience with the MyCloudBook platform; a free trial is sufficient to learn before applying.

Own invoicing, collections and credit control, and help our customers get paid faster with MyCloudBook invoices, payment reminders and receipts.

What you will do

• Issue customer invoices and credit notes, and apply receipts and customer credits.
• Monitor the ageing of receivables, send reminders and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing disputes.
• Reconcile online payments from Stripe and bank transfers with the sales ledger.
• Advise customers on invoicing workflows, payment terms and dunning.

What we look for

• 2+ years of accounts receivable or credit control experience.
• Knowledge of sales ledger accounting, VAT on sales and the basics of revenue recognition.
• Experience with other accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, Odoo or Oracle NetSuite.
• Experience with the MyCloudBook platform. A free trial account is enough to learn it before you apply.
• Clear and polite communication with customers by email and phone.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with subscription billing and online payment providers.
• Experience with the e-invoicing rules in Europe.
• Spanish or Arabic language skills.
