Job summary

MyCloudBook is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to manage the full AP cycle from bills to payments. You will code expenses, reconcile statements, and maintain vendor master data while collaborating with the product team on bills and expenses features.

You will work remotely from the United States with flexible hours, supporting a modern product with a yearly course/books budget and hardware of your choice. Your role offers real influence on purchasing features.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Knowledge of purchase ledger accounting and VAT on purchases.
• Experience with accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, Odoo or Oracle NetSuite.
• Experience with the MyCloudBook platform; a free trial account is enough to learn it before you apply.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier bills, purchase orders and expense claims with the correct account coding and tax treatment.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve differences with the vendors.
• Prepare the weekly payment runs and keep the ageing of payables under control.
