Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Schenectady, NY! The ideal candidate will have excellent mathematical skills and previous experience in Bookkeeping or an Accounts Receivable/payable role.

We only have one position available.

Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
• Compute and record numerical data
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Perform data entry

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bookkeeping
• Excel
• A minimum of 2 years in an accounts receivable/payable role OR 2 years as bookkeeper
