Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line seeks a Senior Manager, Booked Guest eCommerce to define and execute the digital commerce strategy across the post-booking guest journey, driving pre-cruise conversion, onboard revenue, and guest engagement across web, email, mobile, and emerging channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, CS or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 8–10+ years leading digital commerce initiatives.
• 5+ years leading managers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the booked guest eCommerce strategy to maximize engagement, conversion, and pre-cruise revenue.
• Own the booked guest marketing, merchandising, and promotional calendar across cross-functional partners.
• Lead the roadmap for eCommerce capabilities with Digital Product, Technology, and IT leaders.
• Build and coach a high-performing team with data-driven decision-making, experimentation, personalization, and optimization.
• Lead data-driven optimization of the booked guest eCommerce business, translating performance into strategic insights.
