Princess Cruises is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Engineering - Booked guest to lead cross-functional software teams responsible for the guest-facing web, mobile, and backend platforms, including vacation search, reservations, and CMS modules. You will set technical strategy, drive delivery, and modernize architecture with a focus on Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science/Math or equivalent.
• 12+ years delivering technology products.
• 10+ years delivering large-scale consumer-facing system solutions.
• 8+ years managing a staff of over 20 in a matrix organization.
• 3+ years in Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus.
• 3+ years of modern web technologies like React, API gateways.
• 3+ years of web systems architecture components like Akamai/CDN, DNS, SSL.
• 3+ years of MarTech solutions like Adobe Target, Analytics, session recording, personalization tools.
• Strong understanding of Web UI Technologies and frameworks such as React and Angular.
• Proven experience in Product Testing and iterative improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and mentor engineering managers, tech leads, and full-stack engineers across pods.
• Partner with Product Management and Architecture to transform business vision into technical roadmaps.
• Oversee full-stack implementation (React, React Native, GraphQL, .NET APIs, Cloud infra).
• Manage multiple teams in design, development, testing, and deployment of high-quality software.
• Drive modernization, security, compliance, and operational excellence for eCommerce websites.
