Goodwill of Monocacy Valley is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead store operations and drive the mission of ending unemployment through donor and customer engagement. You will supervise the Assistant Store Manager, Production Team, and Donation Attendants to ensure smooth daily operations and a strong store presence.

The role emphasizes achieving sales and production goals, maintaining brand standards, and partnering with community organizations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years’ work experience in Retail Management, preferably thrift.
• One-year customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retail ops plan to hit income, revenue, and production goals.
• Coordinates with Retail District Manager on strategic plans to drive donations.
• Monitors product levels daily to meet budget targets and adjust as needed.
• Ensures payroll and operating costs stay within budget and that staff deliver excellent service.
