Responsibilities

• Observe, coach and role model customer-centric selling behaviors.
• Champion use of selling technology for a seamless customer experience.
• Lead relationship selling and build a client book.
• Support total store priorities and be an engaged leader.
• Own merchandising direction with VM/Merchandise Manager as the owner of overall merchandising direction.
• Ensure restocking, floor moves, signing completed.
• Oversee fulfillment process and monitor daily metrics.
