Job summary

Waste Pro USA is seeking a Commercial Route Supervisor to oversee daily service delivery for commercial customers, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective execution of services in line with Waste Pro practices and regulations.

The role focuses on supervising drivers, route planning, safety coordination, and performance evaluations, with a strong emphasis on positive leadership and community safety.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years in transportation, management, logistics or waste industry; or an Associate's Degree with 2 years’ related experience.
• Knowledge and prior application of Smith System and/or Decision Driving principles and techniques.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise drivers and daily operations at the yard, ensuring safety and adherence to core values.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and enforce company policies.
• Reroute routes and manage service days to minimize labor costs and maximize service calls.
