Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Key Account Manager for Bone Health to cover Los Angeles, Bakersfield, Santa Clarita and surrounding areas. You will assess accounts, plan and execute actions to optimize sales performance and brand strategy with internal matrix teams and external customers.

You will manage contracts, lead performance reviews, and collaborate with Market Access and GPO teams to drive value-based partnerships in a dynamic healthcare marketplace.

Qualifications

• Doctorate/Master/Bachelor with sales/account management experience
• Experience with payor contracting and marketplace dynamics
• Strong relationships with health care providers and accounts

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes innovative market strategies to reach hard-to-access providers and accounts.
• Owns contracting points and leads contract delivery, reviews and performance tracking.
• Coordinates with GPOs and large networks; leads post-fracture care initiatives.
• Identifies drivers, barriers and pull-through initiatives across field teams.
• Provides field intelligence and aligns with pricing, brand and GPO teams.
