Job summary

Amgen seeks a seasoned Key Account Manager - Bone Health in the U.S. to manage strategic accounts across Ohio territory including Cleveland, Toledo and Akron. You will build relationships, lead contracting efforts and influence cross-functional teams to drive sales performance and patient access.

The role requires deep payor knowledge, hospital and clinic networks, and strong stakeholder engagement. Amgen offers a comprehensive benefits package and a flexible work model where possible.

Qualifications

• Doctorate/Master/Bachelor with sales or account management experience.
• 3+ years of account management and/or public payor experience.
• Knowledge of payor systems, billing, coding and reimbursement processes.
• Demonstrates leadership, influence and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes market strategies to reach difficult to access health care providers and accounts in a compliant manner.
• Leads contract delivery, business reviews and performance tracking.
• Coordinates with GPOs and large Rheumatology Networks.
• Serves as lead for post-fracture care initiatives.
• Identifies drivers/barriers and coordinates pull-through initiatives across field teams.
• Provides field intelligence and recommendations to Amgen home office.
