Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative in the United States. You will be the primary contact for customers, providing clinical knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals and helping them navigate the payer environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR Associate's degree with Sales experience or clinical healthcare experience
• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of Sales experience and/or clinical healthcare experience
• Associate degree and 6 years of Sales experience and/or clinical healthcare experience
• High school diploma / GED and 8 years of Sales experience and/or clinical healthcare experience

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals and explain clinical benefits
• Lead as a sales driver to meet territory sales targets through in-person and virtual engagement
• Develop account relationships, tailor discussions to customer needs, ensure product access, and resolve reimbursement issues
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and develop territory plans with the District Manager
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow as a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative
• Demonstrate passion for Amgen products throughout the sales cycle while upholding company values
