Job summary

Greystar is seeking an on-site Assistant Community Manager at Whitewater Park Apartments in Boise. You will handle rent collection, financial reporting, and daily operations, ensuring resident satisfaction and revenue protection. Strong knowledge of Yardi/OneSite and lease enforcement is required.

The role includes supervising in the manager’s absence, coordinating maintenance, and supporting leasing efforts while maintaining high service standards for residents and owners alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business or related field.
• 1–3 years of property management experience.
• Understanding of lease terms and enforcement, including collections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Process rent, fees, and other payments; prepare daily deposits and reconciliations.
• Operate property management software (Yardi/OneSite) accurately and back up data.
• Review resident accounts for delinquencies and enforce lease terms.
• Process vendor invoices and coordinate with owner/management on codes.
• Assist in move-outs and deposits reconciliation; ensure compliance with policy.
