Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a Boiler Operator to manage the Energy Center, monitor plant processes, and operate DCS/PLC systems. This role demands a Minnesota 1st Class B Boiler Engineer license, strong communication, and hands-on maintenance coordination on a 12-hour rotating shift.

The operator will ensure safe and efficient operation, maintain logs, support QA, and assist with plant maintenance while upholding cleanliness and policy adherence across the facility.

Competenze

• Must hold State of Minnesota 1st Class B Boiler Engineer license or higher.
• Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Must be able to work effectively with a computerized maintenance management system.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Time management skills.
• Preferred two-year college/technical/vocational degree, military background or 3 years work experience.

Mansioni

• Operate Energy Center on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule.
• Ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective plant operation.
• Communicate with all operators to ensure shift consistency.
• Follow plant policies and maintain a clean, organized plant.
• Maintain and update operating procedures and training manuals.
• Work with plant DCS & PLC control systems; take daily logs.
• Assist with maintenance and cleanliness of process areas and equipment.
• Support grain handling, shipping, and receiving areas.
• Participate in QA by testing and recording results.
• Coordinate with maintenance on repairs and preventive tasks.
• Adhere to safety, health, and environmental regs.
