Common Bond Cafe in Spring, TX is seeking a BOH Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations and collaborate closely with the General Manager. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, fast-paced service, and maintaining high quality standards.

It is a full-time position with a friendly, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have a high school degree, customer service acumen, and the ability to manage a busy restaurant setting while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food handler’s and TABC certification where required.
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and understand guest needs.
• Maintain knowledge of baked goods and menu items.
• Supervise front-of-house operations and uphold standards of hospitality.
• Address guest concerns professionally and work to convert issues into return visits.
• Inform GM of shortages before items run out; ensure sanitary practices and safety.
• Lead by example to deliver high quality service and maintain restaurant image.
• Arrange tasks and develop employees with feedback and performance expectations.
• Take orders, assist with packing and deliver items promptly.
• Rotate stock using FIFO; ensure attendance and punctuality.
• Work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
