Qualifications

• Must be able to learn quickly and work well in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Food handler and TABC certification as required by local/state health codes.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and provide friendly, clear communication.
• Supervise front-of-house operations and maintain hospitality standards.
• Address guest concerns professionally and turn dissatisfaction into return visits.
• Assist with cash handling, beverage and food service, and routine housekeeping duties.
• Support General Manager and help train staff as needed.
