Job summary

Chick-fil-A North Canton seeks a Back of House Director to oversee all BOH operations, ensure food safety and high kitchen quality, and drive efficient production. You will mentor BOH leaders and team members to achieve operational excellence on a daily basis.

The role requires leading safety practices, holding times, and cost controls while reporting to executive leadership and implementing annual strategy to elevate kitchen performance in a fast-paced franchised restaurant.

Qualifications

• Must reflect the qualities in Team Member, Trainer, Area Lead, and Shift Leader position descriptions.
• Minimum 40 hours of weekly availability.
• Work a minimum of 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen safety, food quality, holding times, yield management and food cost controls.
• Daily sanitation, holding times, temperature tracking and eRQA across all shifts.
• Maintain clear communication across BOH leadership and kitchen shift execution.
• Monthly governance to review targets, waste metrics, and training plans.
• Yearly develop BOH strategies with Executive Leadership.
