Responsibilities

• Oversee back of the house operations, including food prep, cooking, and plating while upholding Chick-fil-A quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste.
• Assist in creating and maintaining staff schedules and manage labor costs.
