Job summary

Chick-fil-A Matteson IL is seeking a Back of House (BOH) Manager to lead kitchen operations, uphold food safety and quality, and balance hands-on work with strategic planning to strengthen overall performance.

You will oversee repairs, inventory, cleanliness, throughput, BOH systems, food quality, truck orders, and safety compliance, while continually developing the BOH team and maintaining a positive culture.
