Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day kitchen operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
• Lead and coach team members during shifts.
• Assist with training and onboarding new hires.
• Maintain speed of service while upholding accuracy.
• Open and/or close the kitchen; act as key holder when scheduled.
• Monitor prep levels, waste, and product handling.
• Communicate clearly with Front of House leadership and senior leaders.
• Hold team members accountable with professionalism and care.
