Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a BOH Operations Supervisor to coordinate merchandise flow between the stockroom and sales floor while upholding brand standards and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will lead operational processes, develop team members, and maintain stockroom organization. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and working knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of retail supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, pricing, tagging, replenishment, and returns.
• Coordinate back-of-house and sales-floor processes; conduct stock checks.
• Lead operational training; coach team members.
• Partner with Merchandise Manager on seasonal visual updates; uphold standards.
• Resolve customer concerns and improve efficiency and experience.
