Job summary

Qualifications

• Three or more years of retail supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations and proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, build positive working relationships, and lift or climb as required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, process, price, tag, and replenish merchandise while maintaining stockroom organization.
• Coordinate back-of-house and sales floor processes, conduct stock checks, and support customer requests.
• Coach and train team members, provide performance feedback, and support talent development and candidate sourcing.
• Lead stockroom resets and efficiency projects, and oversee reticketing and RFID processes.
• Collaborate on seasonal visual changes and maintain merchandising, signage, safety, and compliance standards.
