Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Merchandise Operations Associate to support merchandise flow, presentation and inventory processes in our retail store. The role helps maintain the selling floor and responds to customer needs, while ensuring accuracy in inventory and displays.

Responsibilities include receiving and replenishing merchandise, maintaining displays and back-of-house areas, processing transfers and returns, assisting customers on the floor, and following asset protection procedures as

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with warehouse duties in a retail, customer service, or sales environment.
• Strong time management and ability to manage shifting priorities.
• Knowledge of the fashion industry and ability to use inventory systems and store equipment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and deliver merchandise to departments, replenishing product as needed.
• Maintain the selling floor, fitting rooms, merchandise displays, and back-of-house areas.
• Process merchandise transfers, customer sends, returns to vendors, markdowns, and signage.
• Respond to customer questions and assist on the sales floor when needed.
• Follow asset protection procedures and complete tasks assigned by store leadership.
