Job summary

Sports Basement is seeking a Back of House (BOH) Manager to lead Shipping/Receiving, Fulfillment and Merch departments in a fast-paced retail store. You will ensure accurate product movement, inventory integrity, and timely order fulfillment while aligning with company policy and customer experience goals.

The role requires managing a team, coordinating with Buying, Inventory Ops, Accounting, and store staff.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership with 10+ staff management.
• Strong communication and delegation skills.
• Proficiency with SAP/Shopify.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound operations: loading/unloading, inventory in SAP, accuracy checks.
• Oversee outbound operations: order fulfillment, transfers, returns.
• Manage cycle counts and accuracy; supervise staff scheduling and payroll processes.
• Train staff and provide feedback; maintain department organization and standards.
• Collaborate with store leadership to ensure timely product movement and inventory health.
