You will coordinate inventory flow, stockroom organization, replenishment, and collaboration with the sales floor while upholding brand standards. This role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of retail supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations and proficiency with technology, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift or climb up to 30 pounds, work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and build positive working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational processes between the back of house and sales floor, including receiving, processing, replenishment, reticketing, and stock checks.
• Lead and coach operational team members, support training and talent development, and foster an inclusive professional environment.
• Maintain stockroom organization, productivity benchmarks, merchandising standards, and compliance with company policies.
• Partner with merchandise leadership on seasonal visual updates and improve operational efficiency through projects and process improvements.
• Support customer service and resolve concerns while balancing operational priorities.
