Brobston Group LLC is seeking an Outlet Operations Leader to develop and lead a high-energy stock team. You will drive operational excellence from receiving to the sales floor, ensuring inventory accuracy and safety standards while partnering with cross-functional teams to improve processes and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

The role requires leadership in retail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage physical tasks and a dynamic schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Experience with inventory management systems and related processes.
• Adaptable, resilient, and solutions-focused with the ability to work a dynamic schedule.
• Able to lift and move items over 100 lbs and perform prolonged standing, bending, and other physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Train the stock team on safety protocols and inventory policies to foster accountability and operational excellence
• Oversee receipt, processing, and transition of merchandise from truck to storage to sales floor
• Maintain inventory integrity by ensuring proper tagging and monitoring inventory accuracy and processing timelines
• Manage product release to third-party delivery partners and customers with accuracy and service focus
• Authorize and manage destruction of product marked out of stock per company policy
• Ensure operational interactions with customers and delivery partners meet company service standards
