Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a BOH Supervisor to oversee back-of-house operations and coordinate merchandise flow between the stockroom and sales floor to support an efficient store environment and premium customer experience.

You will coach team members, uphold brand standards, manage stock checks, RFID processes, and seasonal visual updates while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations and proficiency with technology, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends, and lift or climb as required.
