Job summary

Brobston Group seeks a Merchandising Operations Associate to support store operations through merchandise handling, inventory organization, order fulfillment, and product placement. You will help maintain standards and customer experience.

Responsibilities include processing merchandise and transfers, handling freight and customer orders, managing price changes and inventory, maintaining stockroom organization, supporting visual merchandising, and following safety procedures in all work areas.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to manage competing tasks and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds where required.

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise, transfers, inbound and outbound freight, and customer orders.
• Handle price changes, reticketing, damages, and inventory control.
• Maintain back stock and stockroom organization, and place merchandise according to store standards.
• Support visual merchandising, sale events, signage, and in-store activations.
• Follow safety procedures in all work areas.
