Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all back-of-house operations as Manager on Duty.
• Execute and coach food safety protocols and temperature checks.
• Manage inventory systems including orders, waste tracking, and prep forecasting.
• Maintain elite kitchen cleanliness and organization across prep, cook, and storage areas.
• Develop BOH Team Leaders through coaching and accountability.
• Collaborate with BOH Director to continuously improve operations.
