You will oversee daily BOH functions, inventory and cost controls, food safety, and cooperation with Front of House leadership to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service; full-time on-site.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced food & beverage environment.
• Ability to manage multiple shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily back of house operations in a high-volume restaurant setting.
