Chick-fil-A invites an experienced Director of Back of House Operations to lead a high-volume kitchen, mentor a skilled team, and advance your management career in a fast-paced, guest‑centered environment.

You will oversee daily BOH functions, inventory and cost controls, food safety, and cooperation with Front of House leadership to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service; full-time on-site.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced food & beverage environment.
• Ability to manage multiple shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
